คอนกรีตทนไฟ
- คอนกรีตทนไฟแต่ละชนิด จะกำหนดให้ผสมน้ำในปริมาณที่แตกต่างกัน ดังนี้ - คอนกรีตทนไฟ มักใช้ในการหล่อเตาหลอมโลหะ, เตาอบ, เบ้า, อุปกรณ์ขนส่งน้ำโลหะ, พื้นบริเวณที่มีโอกาสสัมผัสน้ำโลหะและความร้อนสูง เป็นต้น - คอนกรีตทนไฟพิเศษ - Exothermic Castable เป็นคอนกรีตทนไฟชนิดหนึ่งซึ่งจะเกิดปฏิกิยาความ ร้อนหลังจากผสมเสร็จแล้ว สามารถ แข็งตัวได้เร็วโดยไม่ต้องเผาอบนาน เหมาะสำหรับการ ซ่อมร้อนและด่วน - Shotcrete and Gunning Mixes เป็นคอนกรีตทนไฟที่ใช้ติดตั้งได้ทั้งขณะ ร้อนและเย็นซึ่งสามารถติดตั้งได้เป็นทั้งตัวหลักและตัวซ่อม มีความแข็งแรงสูงไม่มีรอยต่อ แต่ต้องใช้เครื่องมือพิเศษและประสบการณ์การติดตั้งสูง - Flooring Castable พัฒนาขึ้นมาเพื่อสำหรับเทพื้น บริเวณที่ต้องสัมผัสความ ร้อนและน้ำโลหะ สามารถทนต่อ slag, dross, skim ที่ร้อน และ น้ำโลหะ เหมาะสำหรับ เทพื้นบริเวณหน้าเตาหลอม และบริเวณที่ใช้วางอุปกรณ์รักษาอุณหภูมิ (holding equipment), อ่างใส่ Dross เป็นต้น
Castable - To be composed of refractory grains and hydraulic cement binder. - Recommended to Mixed with water in power mixer. - A typically Form consists of the shell of the vessel and removable inner form. - Recommended to use appropriate device for vibrated the form such as air vibrator,Pencil Vibrator and etc. - Quantity of hydraulic cement binder is indicator of Castable Type as follow;
- Quantity of Water is related to Castable type as follow;
- Relined to be working lining and repairing lining of Furnace, Oven, Ladle, Molten Metal Transfer Equipment, Floor, and etc. - Relined to be working lining and repairing lining of Furnace, Oven, Ladle, Molten Metal Transfer Equipment, Floor, and etc. - Special Castable - Exothermic Castable To be designed for apply as working lining or patching which has heating reaction after mixed, can be setting fast and short time for Dry-out. Suitable for Emergency Patching. - Shotcrete and Gunning Mixes To be designed for apply as working lining or patching which has high endurance, joint-free. Can be rapid installation in hot or cold, but required special equipments and high experience skill when installation. - Flooring castable To be developed for flooring applications which are exposed to extreme heat and metal splash. Can be resistant to hot slag, dross, skim, and molten metal splash. Excellent for flooring and furnace decking around metal melting and holding equipment, dross pads, etc.
