สารเคลือบแบบหล่อและไส้แบบ - มีหลายประเภท เช่น กราไฟต์,โอลิวิน, เซอร์คอน, คายาไนต์, แมกนีเซียและอื่นๆ - มีทั้งแบบผง และแบบเปียก ซึ่งจำแนกการผสมได้ทั้ง น้ำ, แอลกอฮอล์,หรือสารละลาย - การใช้งาน สามารถใช้โดย การทาด้วยแปรงทาสี, การราดอาบ, การพ่นและการจุ่ม - ออกแบบมาสำหรับใช้ในงานหล่อโลหะต่างชนิดกัน เช่น เหล็กหล่อ, เหล็กหล่อเหนียว,เหล็กเหนียวหล่อ, เหล็กเหนียวหล่อแมงกานีสสูง เป็นต้น - ใช้งานในแบบหล่อต่างชนิดกัน เช่น ทราย CO2, ทรายฟูราน (Furan), หีบร้อน(Hot box),หีบเย็น (cold box),วิธีแบบโฟมหาย(Lost foam process), แม่พิมพ์โลหะ เป็นต้น - เพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาน้ำโละแทรกแบบ, ทรายร่วง และป้องกันทรายไหม้ - เพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพงานหล่อ ให้ผิวสวยงาม และลดปัญหาในชิ้นงานหล่อ (Casting defects)
Mould and Core Coating - Various kinds of coating there are graphite based, olivine based, zircon based, kayanite based, magnesite based and etc. - Available in powder and paste, which need to be mixed with water, alcohol or solvent. - There are different methods of application; such as bushing, flowing, spraying and dipping. - Designed for different metal castings such as grey iron, ductile iron, alloy steels, high manganese steel, etc. - Formulated for different mold making processes such as CO2 mold,furan mold, hot box, cold box, lost foam process, metal mold and etc. - Designed for reduce metal penetration and prevent the formation of "burn on". - Developed for improving of casting quality to be a better appearance with lower defect rate.
